In regards to domestic shipping, as of right now we're still estimating 3-5 business days from the time of shipping confirmation (as opposed to order confirmation). That said, unfortunately we can't account for possible service disruptions that may happen in the near term.
With that, only our fulfillment team here in NY is operational, are taking the necessary precautions and following guidelines that are outlined by the Federal, State and local governments. Being that our state is now leading the country with cases of COVID-19, we work on an hour to hour and day to day basis in regards to how, and if our operations will sustain and to what degree.
New York State Governor Cuomo issued non-essential businesses to reduce workforce by 100% and while this doesn't affect our fulfillment team, we do expect timelines for processing and shipping to potentially be a bit slower than our usual clip. Of course we'll make more formal announcements and update you if anything changes past that.
Outside of our own operations, any and all government directives will also potentially affect the carriers we work with and we're in communication with them to assure we're up to date with all goings on. Of course, you will get detailed tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

We get a good amount of questions about how we ship within the continental US. We've provided some more info for everyone here, of course feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any and all questions before placing your order to assure you have all the info you need.
Some notes on US shipping:
All shipments are shipped via ground services at this time. Delivery times are generally 3-5 business days, however there are occasions when a delivery will take a bit longer due to things like weather or other issues incurred by the carrier during the process. Of course, you can always check the status of your package through the links sent with your shipping confirmation email, and our support team is available to help with any and all needs.
Items are shipped to the address provided by the customer. If there is an issue verifying your address after your order is submitted it will take time to review and confirm before your product can be shipped, so please make sure your address AND contact information is up to date and correct.
If you have experienced issues with deliveries in the past, please contact us to make sure we can provide directions or notes to the carrier. NOTE: when using Paypal, your address will be populated automatically to what is on file with your Paypal account, so please confirm that your shipping address is up to date.
We STRONGLY recommend shipping to secure, private residential addresses. While it is fairly common practice to ship items to a place of business, REFLEXX is not responsible for items that are misplaced, lost or stolen after confirmation of final delivery. If you live in an area that is less secure, it is possible to have you package held at a USPS location for pickup. Please contact us directly for more information.
- If you receive your package and it appears mishandled, or damaged by the carrier please contact us IMMEDIATELY and also retain your original box and packaging materials. If damage is present before unboxing please take photos of these areas as they are necessary when filing a claim with the carrier.
REFLEXX is not responsible for any and all loss, damages or other issues incurred if and when a customer employs a third party freight forwarding service, or if shipments are addressed to any third party recipient outside of recipient and address information provided at time of order.
For domestic shipping within the US contiguous 48 states, we use a hybrid service that utilizes UPS for long haul portions of the delivery, and USPS for local delivery and final drop off.
This system allows for a few unique advantages.
- Significantly lower shipping rates
- Ability to ship to PO boxes
- In the event that a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to your local post office and available for re-delivery or pickup rather than a UPS hub which are less centrally located.
Depending on your proximity to a UPS hub, sometimes you will receive direct delivery from them bypassing the USPS integration (this info will be outlined in your UPS tracking log).
In the Tracking information we send to you via email, you will receive links to the initial UPS tracking information. To access your USPS local tracking, click on the "Additional Information" tab.
This will provide your USPS tracking number which can be input at the link below for updates.
