When Reflexx launched in October of 2016, we never could have imagined the support we’d see from drummers worldwide. As a tiny bootstrapped company, we’ve always been humbled and honored to see the overwhelming demand for our product. However, it became clear that we would need a partner to help us keep up with demand and better serve all drummers around the globe.
This process was not something we took lightly. We required that our product specification remain 100% identical to our current offering for both materials and workmanship, and for manufacturing to remain here in the US. We needed a partner that understood our vision and mission and could help make our product available in everyone’s favorite music shops all over the world.
The team at Zildjian immediately understood the importance of all of these things and worked with us tirelessly down to the smallest detail. Q: Did Zildjian buy Reflexx??
A: Nope. Reflexx is still 100% independently owned and operated. Though, this partnership actually frees up our resources so we can finally introduce some new products, we can't wait to share them with you!
Q: Is it the exact same pad?
A: Yep 100% The CP1 is now just called the Zildjian Reflexx Conditioning Pad
Q: Where can I get it??
A: Check your local music shops or www.zildjian.com The Zflexx pad will be available at all major online and brick-and-mortar retailers, though we will not be selling them directly from our site at this time.

Do you ship to my country?
The short answer is Yes!
However, there are a few countries around the globe we, unfortunately, are not able to ship to. There are a few reasons for this, sometimes due to local government policies (e.g. embargoes) or logistical challenges prevent us from securely, quickly, and reliably sending our products.

How much do I pay for shipping?
The cost for shipping your order depends on your location, the final size and weight of your package, and the service level you choose (Express or Standard).
What shipping service levels do you offer?
We offer both Express and Standard shipping on most international routes, and at checkout, you can choose which one you prefer. At times, only Express or Standard shipping may be available. This is due to carrier route disruptions (including COVID related issues), remote locations, and/or aspects of seasonal carrier volume.
How are shipping rates calculated on orders?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. They will also vary based on the service level you choose and your location.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on destination and associated route. Generally, Express Shipments arrive in 2-5 business days, while Standard Shipments usually take between 7 to 12 business days from the time of Shipping Confirmation (as opposed to Order Confirmation). Please note, These timelines are estimates, not guaranteed, and do not include any delivery delays due to customs clearance.
Why do I pay duties and taxes?
Import duty is a tax collected on imports and some exports by a country's customs authorities. A good's value will usually dictate the import duty, and the duties also can vary by product category. Depending on the context, import duty may also be known as a customs duty, tariff, or import tariff. The duties are mandatory and must be paid, whether the fees are paid by the shipper or by the customer/recipient. There are other factors besides the good’s value that define the amount of duties to be paid, including trade agreements between countries as well as specific customs authorities. For example, some countries have minimum thresholds in terms of good’s values below which no duties apply (aka “de minimus” value).
In addition to duties, many governments levy a tax on imports. Like duties, import taxes are usually a percentage of the good’s value. Also, some countries charge multiple taxes on the same goods imported. For example, Canadian provinces charge a variety of taxes - from a goods and services tax (GST), to a harmonized system tax (HST), to a retail sales tax (RST), and some provinces charge multiple of these taxes types for the same import.
How do I pay duties/taxes?
You pay duties and taxes at checkout when you place your order. This way you not only see the total cost upfront before placing the order, but you also won’t have to pay again when the parcel is delivered to you.
How can I track my order?
After your order is successfully processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. If you do not receive an email immediately after ordering, we recommend checking spam folders. If you still cannot find your Confirmation Email please contact support@reflexx.co.
Following your Order Confirmation Email, you will eventually receive your Shipping Confirmation Email with all pertinent tracking information.
Shipping Confirmation Emails generally go out within 24-48 hours during Business Days. You can track the status of your order through this tracking number and link where updates are posted as your parcel is in transit and delivered to you.
What if my order gets stuck in customs?
While this is extremely rare, customs issues do pop up from time to time. While most times we’ll hear from carriers and customs agents in regards to a problem, there are times when they’ll contact the recipient. Of course, if you have any questions please reach out to us at support@reflexx.co

We get a good amount of questions about how we ship within the continental US. We've provided some more info for everyone here, of course, feel free to reach out to us at support@reflexx.co with any questions before placing your order to assure you have all the info you need.
Some notes on US shipping:
All shipments are shipped via ground services at this time. Delivery times are generally 3-5 business days, however, there are occasions when a delivery will take a bit longer due to things like weather or other issues incurred by the carrier during the process. Of course, you can always check the status of your package through the links sent with your shipping confirmation email, and our support team is available to help with any and all needs.
Items are shipped to the address provided by the customer. If there is an issue verifying your address after your order is submitted it will take time to review and confirm before your product can be shipped, so please make sure your address AND contact information is up to date and correct.
If you have experienced issues with deliveries in the past, please contact us to make sure we can provide directions or notes to the carrier. NOTE: When using Paypal, your address will be populated automatically to what is on file with your Paypal account, so please confirm that your shipping address is up to date.
We STRONGLY recommend shipping to secure, private residential addresses. While it is fairly common practice to ship items to a place of business, REFLEXX is not responsible for items that are misplaced, lost, or stolen after confirmation of final delivery. If you live in a less secure area, it is possible to have you package held at a USPS location for pickup. Please contact us directly for more information.
REFLEXX is not responsible for any and all loss, damages, or other issues incurred if and when a customer employs a third-party freight forwarding service, or if shipments are addressed to any third party recipient outside of recipient and address information provided at the time of order.
Carrier Info
For domestic shipping within the US contiguous 48 states, we use a hybrid service that utilizes UPS for long haul portions of the delivery, and USPS for local delivery and final drop off.
This system allows for a few unique advantages.
Depending on your proximity to a UPS hub, sometimes you will receive direct delivery from them bypassing the USPS integration (this info will be outlined in your UPS tracking log).
In the Tracking information we send to you via email, you will receive links to the initial UPS tracking information. To access your USPS local tracking, click on the "Additional Information" tab.
This will provide your USPS tracking number which can be input at the link below for updates.

Practice pads have been around for close to a century, and in that time while many things have changed, most have not. While we weren't trying to build a better mousetrap per se, we knew what we wanted and how we wanted to do it.
